We offer options of a one-time license fee or a monthly licensing service that allows you to get up and running without a large initial cash outlay.
Pricing
The Abel system is installed and supported through our established network of independent Abel Distributors who can provide full quotations for your implementation.
We provide two licensing options each based on the number of concurrent Client Access Licenses your business requires to operate the Abel system.
- The Monthly License option is based on a monthly license fee for each concurrent Client Access License with the cost increasing as more users are added or decreasing if you need to reduce users. This option includes maintenance.
- The One-Time License option is based on an up-front license fee for each concurrent Client Access License and provides permanent access to the Abel system. You will need to purchase an additional One-Time License to add more users or services. Maintenance is not included in the One-Time License option fee and an additional annual maintenance fee is calculated based on the number of concurrent Client Access Licenses.
Full Abel functionality comes standard with each Abel installation, so you do not have to purchase extra modules as your business grows. Your Abel Distributor will work with you to identify the level of Abel functionality to most cost-effectively meet your business needs.
As Abel comes with its own integrated database there are no additional database license costs.
Implementation
The Abel system is installed and supported through our established network of independent Abel Distributors.
Abel’s installation methodology is to unite with the Project Team to ensure that the change-over process is efficient, effective and well managed. We are committed to minimizing all possible disruption to your business. Abel pre-installs by accurately mapping out the business processes through configuration, testing, reviewing and documenting. We adapt and tailor training methods to suit your work culture and environment. We are responsive to individual requirement changes, pre-installation and go-live. We enable the Project Team to recognize and act on opportunities for continuous business improvement.
Support
At Abel we are committed to giving you the best support possible. Once your Abel system has been implemented, your Abel Distributor’s support team will work with your staff to keep Abel running in an optimum way.
Abel’s End User Software License Agreement includes access to all patches, new releases, and new version releases. Your Abel Distributor will discuss these with you and arrange for installation.
Should you identify an issue with your Abel system, please notify your Abel Distributor’s technical support centre. Your Abel Distributor is responsible for resolving the issues locally where possible.
In the event an Abel Distributor identifies an issue relating to the Abel system itself they will escalate the issue to Abel Software to directly rectify.
Hardware and Software Requirements
Abel runs on standard commodity PC hardware platforms using Windows operating systems. Depending on individual hardware requirements, Abel will run on most network configurations, Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) and over the Internet.
