One simple view over every business interaction to help you win, nurture and keep more customers.
Abel CRM tracks all interactions with your customers – from identifying a prospect through to making sure your customer is happy – in an affordable and easy-to-use format.
Integrated into all business and sales activity, it enables you to maximize sales opportunities and gain deeper understanding of every customer to drive business growth.
The business benefits of automated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are simple. Better organization and insight into all relationships across the prospect–to-customer continuum can add powerfully to sales and customer satisfaction, as well as reduce document duplication and delays in quotations.
But unless the technology is the right fit for your business the gains can be difficult to realise. Large systems can be expensive and complex. Others, that are not well-integrated, can still leave your staff in silos. And the best technology in the world is useless if your staff find it difficult or resist using it.
At Abel our focus is on developing CRM software that is comprehensive, cost-effective for medium-sized enterprises and readily usable. Like all our software it is installed as standard functionality within the integrated system. This reduces any additional installation or training time, and means Abel CRM is both familiar to your team and automatically connected to all your business operations. Abel CRM incorporates lead management, sales pipeline analysis, marketing campaign building, task management and advanced notes, messaging and emailing functions. This all adds up to deeper insight into your customers, who ultimately are also your business.
Sales Pipeline
Using Abel CRM your management and sales team share a single clear overview of every step in the sales cycle. This enables them to optimize shared information, more cost-effectively prioritize prospects and better take advantage of every business opportunity from inception to sale. Abel CRM sales pipeline features enable you to:
- View leads in progress, conversion probability and estimated sale value.
- Track leads from pre-sale to quote to order, through user-defined transition stages.
- Create actionable tasks for a lead, including follow up notifications and escalation to management when required.
- Retain invaluable correspondence and task history when converting leads to customers.
- Multi-level visibility – sales force and sales managers have a clear picture of the sales pipeline.
Campaign Building
Abel CRM can help you grow your business by developing more accurately targeted sales and marketing campaigns based on analysis of existing sales data, business categories, customer interests and geographical locations.
By analyzing customer purchasing patterns you can generate organic sales and can more effectively build campaigns to up-sell or cross-sell using filters such as:
- Products purchased or not purchased (within a date range).
- Product categories purchased or not purchased (within a date range).
- Customer and Contact Categories
- Countries, States, Cities, Postcodes
- Account managers
Task Management
Abel’s Task Management tool allows you to easily manage individual or group tasks and collaborate with team members. It enables you to quickly and transparently identify, record and act on customer concerns. This all comes with built-in traceability, escalation and management visibility.
Abel Task Management features include:
- Smart-link tasks to a Client, Contact, Document, an external file, or even other task.
- User-defined categories, actions and outcomes.
- Stipulate whether actions and outcomes are required.
- Automatic email notification preference for field personnel.
- Enable escalation when a task’s predetermined status is not met on time or when a defined priority level is reached, enabling management assessment.
- Ability to reassign tasks to one or more people, if security permits.
- Expanded chronological view of tasks for a client, contact or document.
- Viewable in an inbox, and calendar layout.
- Tasks can be public or private. (Public tasks can be viewed by any user whereas private tasks are only available to task recipients and author)
Notes and Messages
Notes can be used to log user-defined activities against a customer, document, employee, inventory item or a user-defined item. Examples of using this include: logging phone calls, conversations, instructions, agreements, concerns and or general information.
Messages can be sent to one or multiple employees, and like Tasks, Notes and Emails, be smart-linked to key relevant records. Reminder notifications can be set for a received message or the author can create a reminder for all recipients.
Abel Emailing
All reports produced in Abel can be emailed in PDF format. When emailing a document the user simply clicks the Email button, confirms the email content and then clicks the Send button. (The document recipient’s email address can be automatically provided.) The email is automatically linked to the document and customer communications log.
Emailing has been made simple by directly interfacing with a PDF printer driver. When sending a document or report, a PDF file is automatically generated, attached to the email, and copied to a repository on the server enabling the original attachment to be always easily viewed.
Abel offers two processing modes for sending emails, Client or Server:
- In Client mode, emails are sent from a queue on the user’s computer. If successful the PDF attachment is placed in the server attachments repository. If unsuccessful, consecutive attempts will be made to re-send the email.
- In Server mode, the PDF attachment is first placed in the server repository, and the email is placed in a queue on the server. Then if not already active, a background process is initiated on the server which processes the queue (i.e. sends the emails).
The advantage of Server mode over Client mode is that when the mail server being used is down or unreachable, the background process will remain active until the email queue has been cleared. This is regardless of whether the user has logged off or gone home. Please Note: Server mode requires an additional license.
