Abel Job Quotes and Orders enable you to provide your customers with a unique quote for their job.  You can build the Quote using single or multiple Bill of Materials or a Template, and incorporate the costs of any Sub-Jobs and Sub-Manufactures into the Quote.  With Abel you can re-quote multiple times and build Quotes from prior Jobs. 

Once your customer has accepted the Quote you are then able to create the Job Order directly from the Quote without having to rekey the information.

The features provided in Abel Job Quotes and Orders include:

• Build Quotes using BOMs or Templates. This will reduce data entry and ensure full cost capture on a line by line basis 
• Build a Quote using multiple BOMs, Templates or from prior Jobs. Adding additional lines to create a unique build
• Save a unique Quote. Build as a BOM for recall in the future
• Re-quote multiple times. Build from original quote and change lines as required. Save each Quote
• Handle Fixed and Variable quote pricing or flexible combinations of these. Decide at the quoting stage and this will flow through to a Job - for example, setting variable Material pricing but fixing the Labor value as quoted
• Price Quotes where a special line value for an item, which if required, will pass to the Job and then through to invoice
• Vary pricing line by line from the defaults and then use markup percentage adjustments to obtain a modified selling value
• Use the supplier cost value for the Quote for the buy in or purchase of items off a default supplier, if required to provide a more accurate margin estimate
• Prepare lines on the Quote to create Sub Manufactures off the Job. These will cost directly back to the main Job on completion
• Vary the times on the planned Sub Manufacture for setup, run and clean up to price in advance on the Quote. This will provide more accurate costs
• Give clear cost, sell and margin breakdowns across cost groups on the designed or unique Job Template created
• Create the Job Order directly from the Quote, without any need to re-key lines
