Able provides for Flexible Invoice creation which means that you are able to use Multiple, Detailed, Summarized or Periodic invoice methods to invoice your customers for the work undertaken on their Job(s).

The features provided in Abel Flexible Invoicing include:

  • Record all Job Costs or inputs (such as time, materials and consumables) for each Job, Sub-Job or Sub-Manufacture
  • Update the cost of the Job at the time of receipt of each component. With any of the additional charge(s) being passed in if the price differs on invoice
  • Easily rectify errors when costs get applied to the wrong Job, by reopening the document and correcting the Job number without losing the direct trail
  • Flexible Invoice creation with the ability to provide Multiple, Detailed, Summarized, and Periodic Invoice methods to charge the client. Combinations include:

    • By fixed amount as quoted
    • By fixed amount as entered by the user, with a percentage (%) available for allocating costs
    • As a single line of the sum of the inputs, using either the customers defined pricing or as a marked up percentage assigned against the cost
    • As a detailed invoice displaying individual lines
    • Combinations of Summary and Detail Invoice Lines for different charge types
    • Use Despatch Lines to create the Invoice with an option for a flexible price spread or specific line by line invoice pricing
