  Manufacturing and Plant Orders

Abel Manufacturing and Plant Orders enables you to create the Plant Orders required to initiate your manufacturing process.

All Plant Orders can be raised individually or as sub-sets of the Bill of Materials (BOMs). Abel BOMs can handle a large variety of Plant Orders including Planning, Manufacture, External Manufacture, Job Costing, Production and Shop Orders.

 
Abel Manufacturing and Plant Orders provides for simultaneous display of expected inputs and outputs. It incorporates the ability to amend the expected output with the actual output post-manufacture.
 
The features provided in Abel Manufacturing and Plant Orders include:  
  • Plant Orders created and handled including simulated, planned, firm, released and finished orders
  • Plant Orders planned from Sales Orders as standard, project or multi line
  • Stock reservations against all Plant and Sales Orders
  • Serial, batch and lot number tracking (including "use by" dates)
  • Flexible costing system including average, standard, landed, transfer, price controlled, batch and lot
  • Production reports produced
  • Costs tracked and landed costs handled
