Time Recording
Abel’s Time Recording functionality helps businesses accurately capture, manage, and review employee work hours with flexible tools that suit a range of operational needs. Abel supports clock in and clock out for the day, used alongside time capture directly to jobs for more accurate costings. Abel doesn’t do payroll, but does provide extracts to common Payroll systems.

- Clock In / Clock Out Workers can clock in and out using a touchscreen tablet as they enter and leave the workplace, streamlining attendance tracking.
- Work Centre Time Recording Workers can clock onto jobs directly from the Work Centre Job list using a touchscreen. Abel tracks time automatically until workers clock onto another job or clock off at the end of their shift. This improves the accuracy of job costing and billing.
- Timesheets Record work hours in digital timesheets for easy review and approval. Timesheets also capture clocked time automatically.
- Review and ApprovalSupervisors can view timesheets for their team, while HR and payroll staff have access to all employee records for oversight and processing.
- Mobile Timesheet Integration Use QuickBooks Time® (formerly T-Sheets®) to capture labour hours from mobile devices, so field workers can log time remotely.
- Payroll Integration Export timesheet data in formats compatible with major payroll providers to simplify payroll processing.
