Configuration
Abel has been designed from the ground up to be highly flexible. All Abel’s functions are within one fully integrated system encompassing Customer and Supplier Management, Financials, Inventory and Distribution, Manufacturing and Production and other specialised functions. Our ERP Consultants will configure only the functionality that is relevant to your business. Abel’s architecture makes it easy for our consultants to progressively switch on new functionality as your business grows.
Our ERP Consultants will work with you to identify the right configuration of Abel’s functionality to most cost-effectively meet your business needs and will provide a full project scope and quotation for your implementation.

Implementation Process
Abel’s implementation process ensures that your transition to Abel is efficient, effective and well managed.
Abel’s implementation process includes:
- System Configuration
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Training
- Data Migration
The same consulting team will work with you during your implementation, and for a settling-in period after go live (normally two months). We then assign one of our consultants to become your permanent Account Manager – normally one of the Abel ERP Consultants who worked on your implementation. Also, at the two-month mark, day-to-day support transfers to our Support Team.
Growth and Change
Your Account Manager remains available for queries that involve business process changes and / or adoption of additional Abel features. This combination of day-to-day support and forward-looking account management provides you with an ongoing partnership with a team that brings a breadth of ERP expertise and advice, understands your business and can help you make the most of your ERP investment.
The Abel ERP Consultant who becomes your Account Manager remains your first point of contact for adoption of additional Abel features.
Our ERP Consultants have a variety of skillsets so, depending on your requirements, one or more of our ERP Consultants may work with you at different times as required.
