Abel Software has expanded its accounting services offering with the merger of Accounts on
Call, a New Zealand provider of accounting services.
“For the past 12 years, we have partnered with Accounts on Call to provide our Abel® customers
with a range of essential accounting services,” said Jane Mattsen, Executive
Director of Abel Software. “The acquisition solidifies this partnership by bringing their team and
expertise into the Abel family so we can work together more collaboratively and seamlessly to
expand our offerings for new and existing customers.”
The merger was announced today by Jane Mattsen and Jacqui Ridsdale, Managing Director of
Accounts on Call, who will join Abel Software as a full‐time ERP Consultant. The agreement will not
cause any disruption of services provided for existing Abel Software or Accounts on Call customers,
or changes in staff.

tools and expertise to efficiently improve and safeguard their businesses,” Jacqui said.

Jane says Abel customers will now have access to a range of accounting services,
including GST, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, monthly reconciliations,
and financial reporting.
The merger reflects Abel’s long term vision to offer growing businesses the flexibility, scalability, and
expertise needed to stay competitive in ever‐changing and fast growing markets. We believe
the merger will deliver additional services to our customers in multiple industries across 13
