    At Abel, our ERP Consultants work closely with you to configure, implement, and evolve your Abel system. From initial setup to long-term support, we provide expert guidance tailored to your business needs – ensuring your ERP investment delivers lasting value.

    Our Services

    • ImplementationThe same consulting team works with you during your implementation and through a settling-in period after go-live (typically two months). This proven approach ensures a smooth and successful transition to Abel.
    • Ongoing Account Management After two months of live running, day-to-day assistance transitions to Abel’s Help Desk. We also assign you a primary and secondary Account Manager for long-term business consultancy. Where possible, we assign the same consultants who worked on your implementation.
    • Growth and Change Your Account Managers are available for queries involving business process changes or adoption of additional Abel features. This combination of Help Desk support and forward-looking account management provides a genuine ongoing partnership with a team that understands your business.
