Abel’s repeatable documents are templates for producing similar documents manually or automatically at specified time intervals e.g. monthly rent invoices or payments.
Repeatable documents can be built for any document type in Abel. New documents can be created manually, based on the repeatable template, or automatically by an overnight process.
Automatic repeatable documents have settings that define the repeating behavior: start date, end date, day, month and / or number of days interval.
Repeatable documents can be viewed using the View Repeatable button on the document screen.
Abel also provides a repeatable document report and enquiry capability. The report provides an audit of all the Repeatable documents created for each document type and the repeatable settings for each document. An enquiry filter enables you to view repeatable documents in standard document enquiries.
